The focus of my work is on discovering the strengths, potentials and resources of teams and organizations.
For many years I have been working as a leader in large multinational organizations like Nike. Over the last 10 years I have been helping organizations in managing change processes and in qualifying leaders and senior HR experts.
So far I have had proven success with strengths- and resource based concepts. Here are just two examples: In one organization we managed a large change project with concepts like Appreciative Inquiry. In another organization we filled - after successfully implementing a new structure and developing a new culture – all leadership positions by conducting strengths based interviews.
