Focusing on strengths and resources is the key to success
The focus of my work is to help you in discovering the strengths, potentials and resources of your team or the whole organization.
For many years I have been working as a leader in large multinational organizations like Nike. Over the last 10 years I have been helping organizations in managing change processes and in qualifying leaders and senior HR experts.
During the last years I have had tremendous success with strengths- and resource based concepts. Here are just 2 examples:
- With one client we twisted the whole organization towards the new strategic direction by starting with discovering all the strengths and potentials that we could use for the future ahead.
- In another organization we filled - after successfully implementing a new structure and developing a new culture – all leadership positions by conducting strengths based interviews.
